House D Reconstruction

The building was built according to the standard project of semi-detached houses of the company "Ratko Mitrovic". The existing organization of the house consists of a semi-buried garage, ground floor, first floor and attic. In addition to the reconstruction of the facade and obtaining a modern architectural look, the investor's wish was a functional division of the building into two completely independent housing units for two sons, in order to continue living with their families in the house where they grew up. By dividing the building, two duplexes were obtained (three-room in structure) - the basement and the ground floor became one apartment, while the first floor and the attic became 2nd apartment. Apart from the courtyard, the common space inside the building remains only the main entrance and a staircase through which access to the apartments from the half-level.
