The basic concept of the project is to find a link between two completely opposite modes of use of the facility - the mode of use during the game where a large number of people come in a short period (public space) and the mode of use during the rest of the time when matches are not in progress (business space).
The inspiration of the aesthetic design of the building is the spatial context. The aesthetics of the facade reflects the national significance of the building due to the fact that the Montenegrin national team plays domestic matches at the "Pod Goricom" stadium. Such a sharp finish of the facade canvas at the top of the building represents the contours and roughness of Montenegrin peaks and rocks, while the arches in the ground floor zone of the building depict the ripples and repetitiveness of the sea and waves.

The atrium within the tribune is a design utilitarian decision. It is a physical barrier between the program, a passive energy solution and a project solution to improve the building's physics and user comfort. On one side of the atrium / towards the field /, the functioning of the tribune during the matches is envisaged, while on the other side, a commercial function is envisaged, which functions independently all the time. In this way, the tribune facility integrates the public and business function.

The interior decoration is imbued with materials applied on the facade and on the ground floor (concrete, metal mesh, glass and wood), but in the colors and tones of FK Budućnost. The vertical communications are conspicuously marked in golden-yellow, which emphasizes their spatial appearance and presence in order to clearly and unambiguously mark the movement of users through the building.
